Warranty - One Year Limited Warranty To Original Purchaser

One year limited warranty to original purchaser as of the date of purchase, this umbrella is free of defects in material and workmanship.

During the first twelve months of ownership, contact the dealer from whom you made the purchase for service.

Proof of purchase must be provided when requesting service under warranty.  No returns shipped to ZipJack will be accepted without prior authorization. All Returns Must Be Shipped Prepaid

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear, fading, soiling of fabrics, paints or finishes.
• Accidental damage or damage caused by abusive use.
• Failure to close and protect umbrella in heavy rain or wind storms.
• Failure to properly secure umbrella.
• Failure to close and cover umbrella over night.

This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed warranty, and under no other circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for any consequential damage, loss of use or other expenses resulting from any defects in this product. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to make any other warranty or assume any obligation from the manufacturer in the continental United States and Canada.
